Kiwi came back for a 3 week visit! We picked her up at the airport...... it is so good to see her!! :)The August highlight was Kiwi’s visit from Germany. She stayed for three weeks. That may sound like a long time, but the time really flew by! We kept poor Kiwi hopping the whole time. She had no time to get homesick for Germany, or even to suffer from jet lag! We started with a dinner and tour of Dad B and Dad D’s new house then a boat trip, we threw in visits to Nana and Grandpa Fred’s, a church camping trip, a vacation to Traverse City, a trip to the best ice cream store in the world a bike ride around Mackinac Island and a hike up the Sleeping Bear Dunes. She also spent some time with friends from her year here and some time to shop. Here are a couple pictures of the highlights. Can’t wait to have her visit again!
